Caleb Landry Jones will join Catherine Keener, Allison Williams and Daniel Kaluuya in Jordan Peele’s horror-thriller film Get Out.
Peele, known as one half of the comedic duo on Comedy Central’s Key and Peele, wrote and will direct the QC Entertainment and Blumhouse Productions film. The story centers on a young African-American man who visits his Caucasian girlfriend’s family estate.
Jason Blum and QC Entertainment principals Sean McKittrick and Edward H. Hamm Jr. are producing while Blumhouse’s Couper Samuelson is executive producing alongside QC’s Ray Mansfield and Shaun Redick.
Landry Jones recently worked on Doug Liman’s next film Mena, which stars Tom Cruise. He’ll also star in John Michael McDonagh’s film War on Everyone opposite Theo James and Michael Pena. The busy actor’s other recent credits include Gerardo Naranjo’s English language debut, Viena and the Fantomes, opposite Dakota Fanning and Evan Rachel Wood; Roland Emmerich’s Stonewall and Joshua and Benny Safdie’s Heaven Knows What. He’s repped by CAA, Untitled and Bloom Hergott.
