A new trailer has been released for Tom Hanks’ upcoming comedy Larry Crowne, co-starring Julia Roberts.
Crowne marks Hanks’ second directorial effort (he also wrote the screenplay). Hanks made his feature directing debut in 1996’s That Thing You Do!, which was co-written by Hanks and Nia Vardalos.
Glimpses of Mamie Gumer, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, George Takkei and Wilmer Valderrama as well.
Crowne follows a guy (Hanks) who is unemployed and enters into community college to start his life back up again. It’s there he meets a teacher (Roberts) — and as you can imagine, things start to happen.
Larry Crowne is out in theaters July 1.
