To All the Boys producer ACE Entertainment has set a new young adult feature, casting the break-out stars from Netflix series Outer Banks and Ginny & Georgia.
Madison Bailey and Antonia Gentry will lead Time Cut, which is described as Back to the Future meets Scream.
Along with Matt Kaplan’s ACE, Chris Landon – the writer-director behind Blumhouse hits Happy Death Day and Freaky — will also produce. Production is eying a June start in Canada.
Hannah Macpherson, whose work includes Hulu horror anthology Into the Dark and Netflix series Trinkets, will direct from a script by Michael Kennedy (Freaky) and Sono Patel (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel).
ACE recently released the third and final installment in the To All the Boys franchise and has an upcoming slate that includes Hello, Goodbye, starring Jordan Fisher, and The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight, led by Haley Lu Richardson.
Bailey and Gentry are each set to reprise their roles in the second seasons of the respective Netflix series.
Bailey is repped by CAA and Luber Roklin. Gentry is represented by Industry Entertainment and People Store.
