Meredith Wechter, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, and Bryce Dallas Howard’s agent, is leaving WME.
It is unclear to where she is segueing but sources say she is heading into management. One possible landing spot could be Sugar23, the production and management outfit run by Oscar-winning producer Michael Sugar.
Also unclear are which clients will follow her. Wechter, who joined WME in 2015 from ICM, also reps Josh Gad, Diane Lane and Jeremy Strong, among others.
Wechter is the latest agent to move into management, a trend that exploded in 2020 as the major agencies faced WGA and investment issues.
