Star Wars Twilight of the Republic Trailer Still - H 2015
Disney InfinityDisney Infinity continues to journey into a galaxy far, far away with the release of the official trailer for Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic, a playset that takes place during the prequel trilogy of movies. (Don’t worry: There’s no Jar Jar.)
The trailer for one of two Disney Infinity entrees into the Star Wars universe — there will also be a Rise of The Empire playset, set during the original trilogy — emphasizes the importance of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series to the franchise, featuring not only movie characters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, but also Clone Wars characters Ahsoka Tano and Cad Bane.
The playset, which will include Anakin and Ahsoka (Obi-Wan, Darth Maul and Yoda will be available separately), will be released for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, iOS, Android and PC platforms Aug. 30. Watch the trailer below.
