Oscars 2015: Dakota Johnson Snaps at Mom Melanie Griffith Over ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ (Video)

The mother-daughter duo argued over Melanie refusing to watch the film.

Dakota Johnson is not happy her mother Melanie Griffith hasn’t seen Fifty Shades of Grey.

“She’s a really good actress,” Griffith told presenter Lara Spencer. “I don’t need to see [Fifty Shades] to know how good she is.”

Johnson snapped back, “Alright! You don’t have to see it. Jesus Christ.”

Spencer suggested Griffith’s hesitation might stem from the explicit sexual nature of the movie. Johnson responded, “It’s a movie. She knows that.”
