The Producers Guild of America, which has presented its Produced By conference every summer in Los Angeles since 2009, is launching a spinoff Produced By conference in New York. Dubbed Produced By: New York, it will take place Oct. 25 at the Time Warner Center.
The list of speakers includes The Weinstein Co. chairmen Bob and Harvey Weinstein, former Focus Features CEO James Schamus, PGA presidents Gary Lucchesi and Lori McCreary and director Morgan Spurlock.
Produced By: New York will feature 12 full conference sessions as well as mentoring roundtable opportunities. It will be chaired by PGA members Blaine Graboyes, Dana Kuznetzkoff, Benjamin Lehmann and Bruce Cohen. Victoria Ashley serves as programming director with Robin Kramer serving as the conference’s supervising producer. Diane Salerno of Six Degrees Global will continue in her role as sponsorship director.

Produced By: New York will feature 12 full conference sessions. Additionally, the event will provide intimate mentoring roundtable opportunities where influential producers and creative leaders in the entertainment and media community will gather in small-group settings to share perspectives on the challenges of producing film, television and new media in the 21st century.
