Model, Chanel brand ambassador, and designer Poppy Delevingne is now adding another line to her résumé: editor. The British beauty is the newest name on the masthead of Love magazine, the biannual U.K.-based pub devoted to all things fashion.

“Since I was a little girl I’ve always wanted to write, so when [Love editor] Katie [Grand] asked if I’d be interested in putting ink to paper for the magazine, I was over the moon,” says newly named senior contributing editor Delevingne in her debut column in the spring/summer issue (on stands Feb. 8).
Sporting a bright blue wig, spectacles and a J.W. Anderson blouse in her new portrait for the mag shot by Sølve Sundsbø, Delevingne is now chronicling her adventures in the world of fashion for the magazine, from auditions to front-row shenanigans. “The column is something completely new and exciting for me; a different dimension. And a chance for me to explore something that I’m truly passionate about. The world of LOVE might have just got a little weirder …”

Delevingne is in good company at the publication; younger sister and fellow catwalker Cara is a contributing editor to the publication. In December 2015, the sister duo teamed up to make a video for the magazine’s annual Advent calendar, starring Cara and directed by Poppy.
