There was a high police and security presence at the premiere for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in Hollywood on Saturday night.
Among the precautions were bomb-sniffing dogs and numerous police on scene.
A staff member for The Hollywood Reporter went through three metal detectors before he reached the red carpet.
Five blocks of Hollywood Boulevard were completely closed for the event, which boasted a tented red carpet and a life-sized X-Wing.
Numerous stars from the films were on hand to celebrate the newest installment into the Star Wars universe.
