Highly guarded details of the video game Star Wars: Battlefront II finally saw the light of day Saturday during Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, Fla.
It is set between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens and is told from the perspective of the Empire after the destruction of the second Death Star. There will be a single player narrative that will be part of the Star Wars canon, with the book Battlefront II: Inferno Squad teeing up that narrative.
Janina Gavankar is starring as a new character, Inferno Squad Commander Iden Versio (see the photo below the trailer). The game from EA is set to be released Nov. 17 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The multiplayer mode will include maps from all eras of Star Wars: the prequels, originals trilogy and the sequel trilogy. Check out the trailer:
