New ‘Star Wars’ Toys Confirm Speculation About a Key ‘Rogue One’ Character (Exclusive)

The merchandising blitz for for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story has provided plenty of fun so far — and it’s only picking up speed.

Heat Vision has an exclusive first look Hasbro’s upcoming Rogue One figure pack, and one thing that’s particularly cool about the new offering is it features a figure for Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker), who hasn’t yet been featured in the toy campaign aside from a Funko figure that debuted earlier this week. Note the robotic leg on Saw. His Funko figure also sported a robotic leg — and this more realistic figure will surely add to fan conversations about it.

The new Hasbro figures will be available in the spring 2017, tied to the home entertainment release of the Star Wars standalone (good things come to those who wait). 

Though these figures won’t be available for months, there’s plenty of other cool Rogue One toys hitting stores Friday (who wouldn’t want to talk — and look — like a Storm Trooper or build their own ships?)
