The Sundance Institute has announced their lineup for the festival’s offscreen panels.
As a part of the Art of Film Weekend, filmmakers and creative talent will discuss a variety of topics that span technology, film, media and storytelling.
Director Christopher Nolan will be participating in the festival’s longstanding Power of Story series, along with director Colin Trevorrow and comedian Reggie Watts. John Underkoffler, John Gaeta, Lynette Wallworth and Alex Ross Perry are also set for panels discussions.
Along with the Power of Story series, there will be the Cinema Cafe daily series, which is a collaboration with The New York Times‘ TimesTalks. Girls creator-star Lena Dunham and Norman Lear will be among the talent in conversation with Times journalists. Chelsea Handler, Morgan Spurlock, Werner Herzog, Joshua Oppenheimer, Rebecca Hall, Michael Shannon, Charlie Kaufman, Duke Johnson and more will also be participating in this series.
The Art of Film Weekend will run from January 28 to 30. All Power of Story panels and Cinema Cafe conversations will be live-streamed here.
