TORONTO — Entertainment One could be on the auction block after the Canadian producer confirmed Tuesday that it is “considering its strategic options.”
That includes a possible sale of the Toronto-based company after buyer interest emerged.
J.P.Morgan and Credit Suisse are on board board to sift through possible bids or other options for the Toronto-based company.
“There can be no certainty that an offer will be forthcoming for the company,” Entertainment One said in a statement Wednesday.
