Controversy has surrounded the film, as Breaking Dawn has a decidedly more mature tone than its predecessors. Kristen Stewart has said that the film's birth scene is much tamer than the novel's: "It could been shocking and grotesque, because that's how it was written in the book. I would have loved to have been puking up blood."

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart landed in Vancouver Monday to begin shooting Breaking Dawn.
The two stars flew in on the same private jet, People reports, but headed to the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel in separate cars after clearing customs.
Three other cast members – Mia Maestro (vampire Carmen); Myanna Buring (Tanya) and Mackenzie Foy (daughter of Edward and Bella Cullen) – arrived Sunday night on the same flight
More arrivals are expected as the week goes on.
