Warner Bros. Consumer Products is bringing the big guns to Licensing Expo 2017, with displays promoting this November’s Justice League movie alongside the stand-alone Wonder Woman and Aquaman features. J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World and the ever-building Lego slate are among other projects to be represented.
Properties from multiple divisions within Warners will be on display during the event, including theatrical, animated and live-action television projects — including a number inspired by DC Entertainment’s characters, including the CW’s Arrow, The Flash and Supergirl, as well as the cross media DC Super Hero Girls. Also present, the Godzilla sequel, the Dwayne Johnson vehicle Rampage and the Steven Spielberg-directed Ready Player One.

“With a global consumer in mind, and an impressive lineup of licensees and partners around the world, WBCP is focused on offering fans a wide range of the products, programs and immersive experiences they want and expect from us,” Pam Lifford, president of Warner Bros. Consumer Products, said in a statement. “WBCP continues to partner with top-tier licensing, retail and promotional partners worldwide, to bring the Studio’s vast portfolio and powerful content to fans, allowing them the opportunity to experience their favorite brands, franchises, characters and stories — anytime, anywhere.”
Pride of place for WBCP this year, however, is reserved for Justice League, with the costumes of the legendary superhero team from the movie on display during the Expo itself. Also unveiled at the Expo will be #JoinTheLeague, a global initiative offering fans the chance to get exclusive content, sneak peeks and entrance into a number of sweepstakes tied into the movie’s release this fall. More information about the campaign, which will run in 13 languages and feature a special “#JoinTheLeague Saturday” promotion Aug. 12, can be found at www.jointheleague.com.

Licensing Expo runs Tuesday through Thursday at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
