Zac Efron and Adam DeVine get out bro’d by an unlikely pairing of Aubrey Plaza and Anna Kendrick in the first trailer for comedy Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.
Debuting during Super Bowl 50, the trailer suggests another big-screen Efron frat-boy outing, at least outwardly. The twist comes as Efron and Pitch Perfect’s DeVine place an ad for dates to their sister’s wedding and meet their match, if not their superiors, in Plaza and Kendrick.
Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates hits theaters on July 8.
