The red-band trailer for Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg‘s latest comedy, That’s My Boy, has made its way onto the web.
The two play father and son, and as the trailer suggests, it’s exactly what one would expect in a raunchy feature.
Sandler’s character — complete with a dated hairstyle — is a down-and-out, deadbeat father who discovers he owes $43,000 and must pay it or jail is in his future, while Samberg playing a wealthy, successful businessman. “Maybe your son can help you,” someone proposes. Then the light bulb goes off in Sandler’s head.
When Sandler drops by unannounced, the two have some issues to work out — and that’s where most of the comedic situations take place.
Columbia’s That’s My Boy, co-starring Leighton Meester, opens in theaters June 15.
