Andy Fickman — who directed 'Heathers: The Musical' onstage and 'She's the Man' onscreen — is set to direct the adaptation of the 2004 romantic comedy starring Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo.

Jenna Rink has her eyes on Broadway.

Revolution Studios is teaming with producers Andy Fickman, Dean Stolber and Todd Garner to adapt 13 Going on 30 into a Broadway-bound stage musical.

Fickman — who directed Heathers: The Musical onstage and She’s the Man, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 and Parental Guidance onscreen — is set to direct the romantic comedy, which will have a book by the film’s screenwriters, Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa.

Music and lyrics will be written by Alan Zachary and Michael Weiner, who penned the tunes for Broadway’s First Date and are also working on musical adaptations of the films 17 Again and Take the Lead. The show's music will be original, but licensing source cues from the film's musical sequences — set to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and Pat Benatar's "Love Is a Battlefield" — have not been ruled out.

The 2004 film starred Jennifer Garner as a grown-up version of Jenna Rink, a young teenager who wishes to escape middle school and finds herself transformed overnight into a glamorous career woman (but with her own set of problems). Mark Ruffalo, Judy Greer and Andy Serkis were also featured in the Gary Winick film, which grossed $96 million worldwide.

"We are thrilled to partner with a group of tremendously talented individuals to bring 13 Going on 30 to the live stage," said Revolution’s Marla Levine. "We are always seeking innovative approaches to enhance and expand upon properties in the Revolution catalog and this is a fantastic way to breathe new life into a delightful story so it can be enjoyed by theater audiences."
