Across the pond, Lindsay Lohan wore a roaring tiger on her feet

On Thursday in Seoul, Korea, Nicole Kidman stunned at a photo call for OMEGA watches. Clad in a flattering sweetheart-necklined ink navy Dolce & Gabbana full-length dress and tousled blond waves, Kidman proved she's still a most formidable fashion presence on and off the red-carpet scene. On her feet, she went with a classic — the Christian Louboutin "Gwynitta" sandal in black kid leather. The four-inch, single-soled strappy stilettos stated her fashion dominance without her even having to say a word.

Elizabeth Banks has been steadily upping the style quotient — just take a look at her latest appearance. At the Promise Gala in L.A. on Tuesday, she paired a pastel multi-color Roland Mouret with Sophia Webster “Coco” stilettos featuring silver crackle iridescent leather with orange double flamingo motif on the heels. Bank’s power stylist team Wendi and Nicole Ferreira thought the shoes were "a really fun play on a neutral pump with the subtle splashes of color within the silver and the electric bird heel detail." The shoe designer herself also added, "Our Coco Flamingo pump is a great evening style and I wanted to give it a vivacious twist by adding rainbow colors to the silver base." Fun, elegant and on point — need we say more?

While making her stage debut in London for David Mamet's Speed the Plow, which premiered Thursday night to mixed reviews, Lohan has been out and about quite frequently, making many stops at the buzzy, celeb-friendly Chiltern Firehouse. On Sunday, she gave the paps a peace sign as she glided along with an enormous Hermes bag and playful blue suede Charlotte Olympia "Mascot" court shoes. From the designer's cruise 2014 collection, these one-and-a-half-inch loafer-like shoes feature gold leather applique stars and stripes on the heel, and an embroidered applique of a tiger on the toe box. Giving us a little roar for her acting comeback perhaps?

Selena Gomez (Photo: REX USA)

While cleavage was the mainstay of the most important event at Paris Fashion Week, Selena Gomez combined her sexy outfit with a sense of fun in her footwear. Gomez managed to blend fresh with fierce in a black shiny neck-plunging jumpsuit and four-inch black satin and patent leather Louis Vuitton "Heartbeat" open-back stilettos. The shoe's black-and-white geometric pattern added graphical interest and slight edge. Although she's known for her days at Disney, she’s most definitely not princess-y anymore.

The always-fashionable socialite hit up Paris Fashion Week, looking impeccable at every turn. Case in point: She paired a simple wool Dior coat with Jimmy Choo snakeskin peep-toe stilettos featuring magenta braided straps and bright colorful tassels with gold coin charm detailing from the spring 2013 collection. "These are one of my favorite pairs of shoes. I love the pops of color, and the tassel detail," notes Palermo of her fancy footwear.
