Becky's Lemonade, anyone?

Sandwiched between the Super Bowl and the Oscars — and smack dab in the middle of New York Fashion Week — is the 2017 Grammy Awards, which kick off this Sunday, Feb. 12.

Unlike movie-centric awards shows, the Grammys boast an all-star lineup of performances, this year by The Weeknd, Daft Punk, Chance the Rapper, Bruno Mars, Adele and more — meaning you'll definitely want to round up the squad for a viewing party.

In honor of the'album of the year nominees (Beyonce for Lemonade; Adele for 25; Drake for Views; Sturgill Simpson for A Sailor's Guide to Earth; and Justin Bieber for Purpose), mixologist Evan Charest of Patina Catering — official caterer of the Grammys 2017 Afterparty — has created five unique cocktails perfect for your pre-show pregame.

Each beverage also will be available at the Patina Restaurant Group's restaurants (Café Pinot, Nick & Stef’s Steakhouse, Ray’s and Stark Bar and Kendall’s Brasserie) from now through Feb. 12.

Find out how to recreate each drink below.

BECKY'S LEMONADE – Inspired by Beyonce's Lemonade

The Recipe:

- 2-3 blackberries
- Handful fresh mint
- 0.75 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
- 0.75 oz. lemon juice
- 1.5 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
- Soda water
- Garnish: mint sprig

Add blackberries and mint in a shaker tin and muddle. Add the whiskey, simple syrup and lemon. Shake with ice and pour everything into an Old Fashioned glass. Top with ice, and top the drink with soda water and garnish.

Tasting Notes: “The inspiration of this drink speaks for itself. A twist on a classic whiskey smash, but because we are still in winter, I decided to use blackberries to add depth. Super refreshing, but bold."

LOVE IN THE DARK – Inspired by Adele's 25

- 2 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz lavender syrup*
- 1 tablespoon activated charcoal
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: edible flower

Dry shake (no ice) egg white; then add all other ingredients and dry shake again. Add ice and shake a third time and double strain over a large coupe or martini glass. Garnish with edible flower.

Tasting Notes: “Activated charcoal and squid ink are both very popular in cocktails right now to achieve cocktails with a distinct black color. It seemed like there was no better option for Adele's 25. Charest took a classic egg white sour and changed out traditional simple syrup for lavender syrup for depth and aroma and then added the charcoal. A little goes a long way charcoal-wise, so keep that in mind.”

*Recipe for lavender syrup:

- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender blossoms

Bring ingredients to a boil in saucepan, stirring so that the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and continue stirring until all the sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove lavender blossoms and allow syrup to cool. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

LIVE A LITTLE – Inspired by Sturgill Simpson’s A Sailor’s Guide to Earth

The Recipe:

- 6-7 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno syrup*
- 2 oz. Reposado tequila
- Garnish: mint sprig

Combine the mint leaves, jalapeno syrup and tequila in a julep tin. Using a bar spoon, crush the mint to release its essence into the liquid. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Gently press the spoon into the ice, shaking it to incorporate the tequila-syrup mixture. Garnish.

Tasting Notes: ?“This is a spicy twist on a classic Mint Julep replacing bourbon whiskey with aged reposado tequila. The album is very ambitious and blends the line between country and R&B, so it only made sense to twist a classic whiskey cocktail. The jalapeno also provides a whole new flavor profile.”

*Recipe for jalapeno syrup:

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 jalapeno

Combine sugar and water in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Add sliced jalapeno, bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low. Cook for 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain syrup and cool completely. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

STRENGTH AND GUIDANCE – Inspired by Drake’s Views

The Recipe:

- 2 oz. Lot 40 Rye Whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 0.5 oz. apple spiced syrup*
- Garnish: orange peel

In an Old Fashioned glass, add the syrup, bitters and orange peel. Use a muddler to gently press the orange peel to release the citrus oils. Add the whiskey and stir. Add ice cubes and stir again.

Tasting Notes: “It has been reported that Drake loves Old Fashioneds, so this has a winter twist with inspiration from his new album. It has an apple spice syrup as a core ingredient and Irish whiskey as a base.”

*Recipe for spiced apple syrup:

- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1.5 cups apple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice

Bring sugar, apple juice and apple pie spice to a boil in a saucepan. Cook until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Once cool, store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

MY MAMA DON'T LIKE YOU – Inspired by Justin Bieber’s Purpose

- 2 oz. Absolut Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- 0.5 oz. lemon juice
- Tonic water
- Garnish: rosemary

In a double rocks glass, add all ingredients, add ice, top the glass with tonic and incorporate. Garnish with rosemary.

Tasting Notes: "A riff on a classic vodka tonic with an excellent aloe vera liqueur called Chareau along with lemon juice and a sprig of rosemary for a great aroma. Inspiration came from his newest album with producer Skrillex. It just seemed like a carbonated cocktail like a vodka tonic was the perfect base to work from on this one and to bring in some super earthy elements to make it unique."
