The agency has doubled the size of its upgraded in-house production studio.

Eighteen months after moving into Los Angeles' Pacific Design Center, Abrams Artists Agency has expanded again.

The 40-year-old agency is literally doubling down on its digital business by doubling the size of its in-house production studio, which is open to clients as well as third parties. The studio, whose equipment includes light kits from KinoFlo and mics from Audio-Technica and Sennheiser, has added more sound reinforcement as well. Elsewhere in the office, Abrams added 11,000 square feet to accommodate additions to the staff.

“This is the first of its kind studio within the walls of a talent agency, reflecting our forward thinking and the integrated approach we take on behalf of our clients,” founder and CEO Harry Abrams said Thursday in a statement. “AAA has grown exponentially over the last few years and our alternative, licensing and digital media department has led the way. We look forward to making our studio a new hub for artists, influencers and beyond.”

In addition, Abrams has also signed three new clients in the space:

•   Guava Juice, formerly one half of YouTube duo Wassabi Productions. Guava Juice’s own daily channel has 7.5 million subscribers and more than 3 billion views.

•   Nabela Noor, a first-generation Bangladeshi-American beauty vlogger. Her channel has more than 28 million views, and she continues to be repped by Kyle Santillo at Scale Management.

•   Liane Valenzuela, whose combined social media reach of 12 million people has led to partnerships with brands including T-Mobile, TNT, BMW, Jaguar, Target and Starbucks, as well as events including Beautycon, Billboard Music Awards, VidCon, BET Awards and VH1’s Hip Hop Awards. GbyGuess will release her capsule collection on Nov. 1.

“From a digital standpoint, we are constantly making moves that put us ahead of our competition,” said Abrams Artists Agency's alternative, licensing and digital senior vp Alec Shankman. “This studio and our recent signings are the latest examples of our game-changing digital machine that is successfully being leveraged by our clients and brands to enhance their digital efforts and endeavors.”
