Adele to Debut 'Send My Love (to Your New Lover)' Video at Billboard Music Awards

The latest single from Adele's smash 25 album, "Send My Love (to Your New Lover)," was released to all major digital services on Monday (May 16). And in even better news, the video for the song, co-written with and produced by Max Martin and Shellback, will debut worldwide during the live broadcast of the 2016 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday May 22.

According to Adele's label, the video was shot in London and directed by Patrick Daughters (Muse; Yeah Yeah Yeahs). Adele is up for eight awards at Sunday night's show. The video premiere will come during a broadcast that will feature performances from Meghan Trainor, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, DNCE, Fifth Harmony, The Go-Go's, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes, Pink, Britney Spears and Troye Sivan. In addition, Madonna will be on hand to honor Prince.

On Monday morning, Adele posted a short teaser of the video.

This year's ceremony will air live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The show will be hosted by BBMA vet Ludacris and first-time host Ciara and produced by Dick Clark Productions.
