Adrian Grenier's 'Alter Eco' heads to TF1
French network picks up rights to air green TV showCANNES -- Adrian Grenier is taking his environmentally friendly entourage to French network TF1, which has nabbed distribution rights for the actor-executive producer's "Alter Eco," the show's producer GRB TV said Tuesday.
The new series follows Grenier and his green team of friends making eco-friendly choices.
"I'm an environmentalist. I believe in responsible consumption, but I also enjoy a fun, interesting lifestyle and I don't want to sacrifice that," Grenier said here. "It's a show about finding creative ways to have fun that happen to be good for the environment."
"Alter Eco," produced by GRB/Villians for Planet Green, premiered in June on the environment-focused channel.
