Warner Bros. picked up the Working Title drama, set in the world of electronic music, for North America earlier this month

Zac Efron is going global with We Are Your Friends.

Shortly after Warner Bros. pounced on the Max Joseph-directed drama, picking up North American rights, distributors worldwide have come on board.

StudioCanal, which is handling world sales, said the film has sold out in most in the world, with recent deals including Latin America (Sun), Benelux (DFW), Eastern Europe (Freeman), Turkey (Fabula), Italy (Notorious), and Scandinavia (Svensk), among others.

StudioCanal, which financed the film, will release We Are Your Friends itself in France, the U.K., Germany and Australia/New Zealand.

Efron stars as Cole, an aspiring 23-year-old DJ trying to make it in the L.A. electronic music scene. Model and actress Emily Ratajkowski, who appeared in Gone Girl as well as Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines video, co-stars alongside Wes Bentley.

Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner and Liza Chasin produced the drama for Working Title. Shooting wrapped in September.
