The former DKNY PR Girl is parting ways with the company after 17 years.

It seems as if we should have saw this coming after DKNY's social media cleanse on Tuesday — Aliza Licht, best known as the voice of DKNY PR Girl, is leaving her position as senior vp global communications of Donna Karan International after being with the company for 17 years. She'll be parting ways with the fashion house this fall.

With the success in releasing her mentorship book, Leave Your Mark, Licht will continue to pursue opportunities related to the launch of her new tome.

"Since the launch and success of my book Leave Your Mark, I have been traveling the world meeting with the community that has gathered through social media. Their overwhelming response has encouraged me to pursue new opportunities in media," Licht stated in a press release.

"For the next few months I will be enjoying the new chapter at DKNY and helping the company transition through the fall. It has been an extraordinary seventeen years for me at DKI. I am extremely grateful for their support and I am excited about the future."

Licht's replacement has yet to be revealed.

As previously reported, Donna Karan announced in June that she would be stepping down as the chief designer of Donna Karan International, which includes both Donna Karan and DKNY. Before Karan's exit, DKNY named Public School designers Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow as the new creative directors of DKNY.

Licht's departure comes on the heels of Oscar PR Girl Erika Bearman's announcement that she's leaving her role at Oscar de la Renta to become a consultant to the fashion house instead. Talk about the end of an era.
