Alleged intruder at Cage's home charged
EmptyNEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- A tailor has been charged with burglary after allegedly breaking into Nicolas Cage's home in Newport Beach.
Police say Cage called a security guard at his gated community early Monday after he saw Robert Furo wandering inside his home and wearing one of the actor's jackets.
When officers arrived, Cage had escorted Furo out of his home without struggle.
Furo was charged Tuesday with one count of residential burglary and held in Orange County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Furo pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
