Hollywood Film Awards: Allison Janney, Sam Rockwell to Receive Supporting Actor Honors
More than 120 honorees of the Hollywood Film Awards have gone on to receive Oscar nominations and/or wins.
Sam Rockwell and Allison Janney have been tapped to receive the Hollywood Supporting Actor and Actress Awards at this year's Hollywood Film Awards. James Corden will host the Nov. 5 show at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
Janney will receive the Hollywood Supporting Actress honor for her role as figure skater Tonya Harding's mother in the dark biopic I, Tonya. while Rockwell's Hollywood Supporting Actor nod is for his role in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
Mary J. Blige, Timothee Chalamet and the cast of I, Tonya have also been announced as honorees. Blige will receive the Hollywood Breakout Performance Actress Award for her role in Mudbound, while Chalamet's performance in Call Me by Your Name is being recognized with the Hollywood Breakout Performance Actor Award. Hollywood Ensemble honors will go to the cast of I, Tonya.
