Emmys: Allison Janney Wins Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series

Andy Samberg hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Allison Janney took home the Emmy for supporting actress in a comedy series for her performance in Mom at Sunday night's ceremony.

"I feel like I won the lottery," the seven-time Emmy winner said about being up against great candidates. She thanked Chuck Lorre for thinking of her to play a "deeply flawed" character.

Janney beat out Mayim Bialik (The Big Bang Theory), Niecy Nash (Getting On), Julie Bowen (Modern Family), Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live), Gaby Hoffmann (Transparent), Jane Krakowski (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) and Anna Chlumsky (Veep) to win the award.

The 67th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Andy Samberg, took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday.
