American Film Market Premieres Include Movies With Nicolas Cage, James Franco, and Jay Z

There will be 402 movies screened for buyers during the eight-day event in Santa Monica, including 75 world premieres.

The American Film Market announced Thursday that 402 movies will screen during the eight days of the 2013 event, including 321 market premieres and 75 world premieres from 51 countries. The 2013 AFM takes place Nov. 6 through Nov. 13 in Santa Monica.

Among the movies to be shown for the first time at a film market:

-- Kiss Me (from international distributor American Cinema International) starring Jenna Fischer, Emily Osment, Missi Pyle, and John Corbett

-- Made in America (The Exchange Inc.) directed by Ron Howard, starring Jay Z and Kanye West

-- Tar (Spotlight Pictures) starring James Franco, Mila Kunis, Jessica Chastain, Zach Braff, Henry Hopper and  Bruce Campbell

-- Around the Block (Arclight Films) starring Christina Ricci, Hunter Page-Lochard and Mark Coles Smith

-- McCanick (Bleiberg Entertainment) starring David Morse, the late Cory Monteith, Mike Vogel and Rachel Nichols

-- Cas and Dylan (Breakthrough Entertainment Inc.) directed by Jason Priestley, starring Richard Dreyfuss and Tatiana Maslany

-- The F Word (Entertainment One) starring Daniel Radcliffe, Zoe Kazan, Adam Driver, and Rafe Spall

-- World Petank Tour (Europa Corp) starring Gerard Depardieu, Atmen Kelif, Edouard Baer, Daniel Prevost, Virginie Efira, and Roschdy Zem
