The on and off-screen pair join Sam Trammell in having multiples, making "True Blood" "the 'twins' show," according to their co-star.

True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are expecting twins, reports revealed Wednesday. Paquin and Moyer, who have been married for two years, follow in the footsteps of co-star Sam Trammell, whose girlfriend Missy Yager had twins 11 months ago.

Trammell told US Weekly that he has learned a lot from the experience of raising twins that he plans to pass on to the couple. "It's harder, having twins, but it's all we know, he said. “So we're trying to impart some decent wisdom.

"I told them to hold on tight!”

Trammell also remarked about the unusual coincidence that his girlfriend would give birth to twins and then Paquin would follow suit with a multiple pregnancy. "I'm so excited for them," he said. "We sent them a special gift. It's so interesting that True Blood has become, like, the 'twins' show."

In May, Moyer, who has two children from a previous marriage, told The Hollywood Reporter that Paquin’s pregnancy has made their relationship that much more exciting. “It’s always amazing,” he said. “I love my kids so much and that fact that Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun.”
