Tony Awards 2015: Annaleigh Ashford Wins Best Featured Actress in a Play

The 69th annual awards show, co-hosted by Alan Cumming and Kristin Chenoweth, was held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Annaleigh Ashford was awarded best featured actress in a play for her performance in You Can't Take it With You at the Tony Awards on Sunday night.

"Oh my goodness, thank you Lord!" Ashford said. "I can't believe I'm standing here … for the worst dancing on Broadway." She went on to thank her husband for holding her hand and her heart and "everybody I've ever met!" for the win.

The actress beat out Patricia Clarkson (The Elephant Man), Lydia Leonard (Wolf Hall Parts One & Two), Sarah Stiles (Hand to God) and Julie White (Airline Highway) to win the title.
