Megan Ellison, Will Ferrell and Adam McKay will produce the adaptation of NY Mag's true Robin Hood tale centered around a crew of former strippers.

Annapurna and Gloria Sanchez are teaming up for an adaptation of the New York magazine article "Hustlers at Scores."

The Jessica Pressler penned true-life Robin Hood tale centers on a crew of former strip club employees who turn tables on their Wall Street clientele.

Megan Ellison will produce the project under her Annapurna banner, along with Chelsea Barnard. Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Jessica Elbaum will produce for Gloria Sanchez — the female-focused arm of McKay's and Ferrell's Gary Sanchez production company.

Writers are currently being sought to adapt.

Annapurna most recently released the Richard Linklater 1980s coming-of-age tale Everybody Wants Some, and is currently in production of numerous projects including Alexander Payne's Downsizing.

Gloria Sanchez is currently working on Women in Business, a comedy that is set to star Emma Stone and Kate McKinnon.

Both NY Mag and Pressler are repped by Gersh.
