Apple's iPad 2 to Arrive in Japan on April 28

The new Apple tablet will also become available the following day in several territories, including Hong Kong, India and Israel.

Apple’s iPad 2 will arrive in Japan on Thursday, April 28, following its delayed release due to the recent earthquake and tsunami. iPad 2 was originally slated for a March 28 launch in Japan.

The new version of the Apple tablet will then become available April 29 in Hong Kong, India, Israel, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey and UAE.

Additionally, iPad 2 with Wi-Fi will be available in China beginning May 6.

Apple’s iPad 2 launched in the U.S. on March 11.
