Aretha Franklin: My Health Problems Are 'Resolved'
The singer, who was reportedly battling pancreatic cancer, says she's 'feeling great and coming along.'
Iconic 68-year-old soul singer Aretha Franklin, who had been beset with headline-making health issues over the past few months, told Jet magazine Thursday that when it comes to her health, "The problem has been resolved."
Franklin remains mum about the specifics an ailment that last October forced her to cancel all public appearances until later this year. Various news outlets, however, have reported that the singer dubbed the "Queen of Soul" had been battling pancreatic cancer.
"I don't have to talk about my health with anybody other than my doctors," she told Jet, but she addressed the issue because she wanted her fans to know that she was now "feeling great and coming along."
