Ariana Grande has been busy lately, traveling from city to city to perform for screaming fans during her Honeymoon Tour, which kicked off Feb. 25 in Independence, Mo.

Given that its her first official North American headlining tour, it was only necessary for the "Love Me Harder" singer to have the most stageworthy costumes. The 21-year-old performer tapped Emmy Award-winning costume designer Marina Toybina to create the sparkle and shine for her onstage outfits, including a short sequined number and a black-and-white checkered look with white thigh-high boots.

"We were able to work closely together, collaborating on all aspects of the initial and the final design stages in order to accommodate and best execute Ariana's creative vision for her first world tour," Toybina — who worked on this year's Super Bowl costumes for Katy Perry's backstage dancers, as well as costumes for Perry's Prismatic World Tour — tells Pret-a-Reporter. "It was truly a pleasure and an inspiring process designing the costumes for Ariana's Honeymoon Tour."

Of all of the seven performance looks created, the most memorable might just be the one with a shimmery crop top and a full-length sheer skirt with lavender floral appliques.

Grande's Honeymoon Tour makes its way to The Forum in L.A. on April 8 before it concludes its North American run in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 16.
