'Arrow's' John Cassini Joins Cast of Canadian 'Blackstone' Drama

The cameras have started rolling on the third season of the APTN series about power and politics on a native Indian reserve.

TORONTO – Arrow’s John Cassini has joined the third-season cast of Blackstone, the Canadian drama about power and politics on a native Indian reserve from Prairie Dog Film + Television.

The APTN series with ripped-from-headlines storylines also has cast Tinsel Korey (The Twilight Saga), Cheri Maracle, Bronson Pelletier, Wayne Baker and Dakota House.

Blackstone’s third season is set to debut this fall.

The returning cast includes Carmen Moore, Eric Schweig, Michelle Thrush, Nathaniel Arcand, Tantoo Cardinal and Garry Chalk.

Ron E. Scott executive produces, writes and directs Blackstone, with Jesse Szymanski and Damon Vignale producing.

Los Angeles-based PPI Releasing distributes Blackstone internationally.
