Audra McDonald, Martha Plimpton to Star in Adaptation of Musical 'Hello Again'

Audra McDonald and Martha Plimpton are set to star in the adaptation of Michael John LaChiusa’s musical Hello Again.
Hello Again, which was originally produced by Lincoln Center Theater in 1994, follows ten lost souls from ten different periods in New York City's history, who slip in and out of one another’s lives.
McDonald and Plimpton will be joined by a large ensemble cast that includes Rumer Willis, T.R. Knight, Nolan Gerard Funk, Jenna Ushkowitz, Sam Underwood, Tyler Blackburn and Al Calderon.
The film will be directed by Tom Gustafson from a screenplay by Cory Krueckeberg, with Michael John LaChiusa providing the music and lyrics.
Ash Christian, Tom Gustafson, Cory Krueckeberg, Devon Schneider and Hunter Arnold are set to produce, with Gregory Rae and Carl D. acting as executive producers.
Hello Again is currently filming on location in New York.
McDonald, a Tony and Grammy award winner, was recently in Ricki and The Flash, and can be seen in the upcoming live action Beauty and the Beast film, starring Emma Watson.
Plimpton, an Emmy award winner, is known for her roles on television shows like The Good Wife and Raising Hope.
