An injury to her femur caused the postponement.

Former Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky will have to wait a little longer to shed her bachelorette title because she had to put wedding to Roberto Martinez on hold after an injury.

"We had a date set, and that date has now passed," Fedotowsky told People. "The decision to postpone [the wedding] was very difficult. I definitely shed some tears.”

Fedotowsky has been giving fans update on her health since she injured herself in early June. She underwent surgery on June 29.

“Headed into surgery. It's about time! I'll be back to yoga in no time. Thanks so much for all the love and support,” she wrote on Facebook.

Fedotowsky has been doing physical therapy after surgery. Fedotowsky fractured her femur in early June while working out. She was doing kickboxing at the time.

She has spent some of her downtime watching the current season of The Bachelorette, which ended on Monday. "Congratulations Ashley and JP!!! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!" she tweeted on Monday after the finale episode.

Fedotowsky and Martinez are perhaps a little accident-prone. Fedotowsky also had to get five staples in her head after their kayak capsized April.

Fedotowsky chose her fiancé, Roberto Martinez on the sixth season of The Bachelorette. Martinez proposed to her on the finale episode in Tahiti. They currently live in San Diego, CA.
