'Bachelorette' Star's Funeral Will Be Held Friday
Julien Hug, who competed for Jillian Harris' affections on the ABC reality show, died last week from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Former Bachelorette contestant Julien Hug, who died last week from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound, will be remembered Friday at a public memorial service, La Jolla Light reported.
The 35-year-old -- who tried to win Jillian Harris' heart on The Bachelorette in May 2009 -- was found dead last week off a highway about 90 miles south of Los Angeles.
More than 700 are expected to attend the memorial service, set for 3 p.m. Friday at the Village Church in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
