Despite Insta posts that told followers he was selling his personal sneakers, the designer clears the air and says he would "never sell them."

For fans who were hoping to cop a pair of sneakers from Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing's personal collection, sorry to break it to you but that's not going to happen.

The fashion designer posted on Instagram Thursday morning, explaining that his account had been hacked following now-deleted images that told followers that he was selling his kicks and for them to direct message him if they were interested in buying.

"FINALLY BACK ON TRACK ! I apologize to everyone for all the fake posts of these past hours ! I love all my sneakers and i will never sell them #thanku @instagram for helping me get back my account #iwokeuplikethis #hackiswack," Rousteing captioned alongside an image of him with the phrase "The face that I do when I find out that a hacker is selling shoes on my Instagram page #leaveOlialone."

Let's hope Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner's favorite designer has his account secured before the Balmain x H&M drops in November because if we've learned anything from past designer collabs (see here and here), online madness is likely to ensue.
