Berlin's bears reveal the (mostly) female stars beneath the festival's iconic mascot.

The Berlin International Film Festival has embraced the ursine #MeToo movement with the official posters for the 2019 event, which organizers unveiled Wednesday.

As always, the posters feature the Berlinale's iconic Berlin Bear mascot enjoying the life in the German capital —hanging out in the Berlin subway, cycling past Potsdamer Platz and grabbing a nightcap. But for 2019, Berlin has unmasked its anonymous bear suit-bearers, who have removed their furry heads in the six posters to reveal the people inside.

#TimesUp supporters will be happy to note: four of the six Berlin Bears for the 2019 festival are female, an impressive 67 percent sow-to-boar ratio. That has been achieved, as far as we know, without an official quota.

You can check out the posters below. The 69th Berlin International Film Festival runs Feb. 7-17.
