#SocialGathering: Beyonce Takes New Puppy on Central Park Stroll; Scott Eastwood's Burnin' Up
And Patrick Dempsey sizzles in custom Ferragamo.
Can't keep up with what's been going on in the social media world? Fret not. Here, a gathering of what the stars have been up to this week on social media.
Scott Eastwood Is Waiting for a Kiss
Actor Scott Eastwood is feeling the burn. The handsome son of Clint Eastwood sent hearts aflutter when he posted this pic from Burning Man. Hard to believe that no one would give him a kiss. Any volunteers?
Beyonce and Blue Ivy Cruise Central Park With a New Friend
Beyonce took a page out of Kim Kardashian’s social media playbook and posted a paparazzi shot on Instagram. The queen of pop was feelin’ herself and daughter Blue Ivy Carter’s Gucci dress — posting six total photos of the look. Blue Ivy debuted a puppy on the Central Park walk after the tot spent the evening at Bergdorf Goodman. Husband Jay Z wasn’t pictured in the shot, so one has to wonder: Who took Beyonce’s candids? Our best guess is the bodyguard or the nanny.
Curls So Gucci
Gucci’s creative director, Alessandro Michele, has won over the hearts and minds of Hollywood, fashionistas and social media. Everyone’s in when it comes to Michele. If you’re not following his Instagram, it’s a must. We're predicting curly hair and rings on each finger will be a big trend this fall.
Celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic debuted the long-awaited Master Palette by Mario to the delight of makeup mavens everywhere. The earth-toned palette, made in collaboration with Anastasia Beverly Hills, boasts colors that work on anyone. “All of the shades are named after the most influential women and places in my life,” Dedivanovic captioned the photo, “these women and places have all been very significant in my life and career.” The artist himself applied a soft, silky bronze shade — named “Kim” after his main muse and client, Kim Kardashian — on Snapchat. A release date for Master Palette by Mario has not been announced yet.
Superstylist Nina Clare makes her clients look really, really good. Exhibit A: below, Patrick Dempsey in a made-to-measure Ferragamo suit. Nailed it.
RiRi's Love Note
On Instagram on Friday, RiRi posted a recap of her memorable moments from this year’s MTV Video Music Awards — but it was the caption that her followers are picking up on. After rumored boyfriend Drake presented the singer with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award (followed by an awkward kiss), social media couldn't stop talking about the possible power couple. Now, Rihanna is professing her love for Drake in a friend-zone kind of way, writing, "Your speech was touching and I love you for that!" Be careful, Drake — Rihanna's a self-proclaimed savage and isn't looking for the white horse and carriage.
#VMA2016 night was one that I would never forget!! I have the most incredible people in my life! My family, friends, loved ones, my fans, my team!!! All gifted beautiful spirits! And I'm so grateful that God has precisely and flawlessly arranged our paths to meet at each other! It's because of you that I was able to reach this moment in my career! And it's also because of you that I was able to pull off a night like this one, with 4 medley performances, 4 set productions, 4 outfits, 4 hair and makeup looks, and all in 4 days of rehearsal! It was a challenge but I wanted nothing more than to give my fans a true representation of all the colors that I'm made of as an artist! My journey has been filled with growth and people who continue to inspire me! Forever grateful to everyone involved creatively, from choreography all the way to wardrobe and production! @MTV team you were a dream to work with!
