Queen Bey also takes the crown for the third most-liked photo of the year after Cristiano Ronaldo's image.
When Beyonce posted on Instagram in February that she was pregnant with twins, the singer broke the record for the most-liked photo with 8 million-plus likes in roughly seven hours since the time she posted. Now, it looks like Queen Bey is taking the crown for most-liked Instagram of 2017 (roughly 11.1 million-plus likes) with the now-iconic image, in which she's posing with her baby bump in a burgundy Agent Provocateur bra and Liviara bottoms against a floral backdrop.
Bey also came in with the third most-liked photo (10 million-plus likes) of her cradling her then-one-month-old newborns, Sir and Rumi Carter, after Cristiano Ronaldo's second most-liked photo (11 million-plus likes) of his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, welcoming a baby girl named Alana Martina. (Anyone else seeing a trend here?)
Although Bey has the most-liked Instagram, Selena Gomez remains the most-followed celebrity with 130 million-plus followers. Gomez also received the fourth most-liked photo, with the image showing her holding hands with friend Francia Raisa while lying on hospital beds. The singer revealed in the caption that she had to get kidney transplant surgery.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Ariana Grande rank as the second and third most-followed celeb with 116 million-plus followers and 115 million-plus followers, respectively. Beyonce comes in at No. 4 with 108 million-plus followers, and Taylor Swift at No. 5 with 104 million-plus followers.

I’m very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn’t promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of. So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health. I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several months as I have always wanted to do with you. Until then I want to publicly thank my family and incredible team of doctors for everything they have done for me prior to and post-surgery. And finally, there aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis. Lupus continues to be very misunderstood but progress is being made.
