Can't keep up with what's been going on in the social media world? Fret not. Here, a gathering of what stars, artists and brands have been up to this week on social media.

Gwyneth Paltrow Recharges Jade Vaginal Egg Debate

The debate over the safety of Goop's vaginal eggs made of jade ($66 each) was reignited by Gwyneth Paltrow via Twitter. In January, the Washington Post posted Dr. Jen Gunter's, an OB-GYN in San Francisco, response to the Goop product. Dr. Gunter noted jade is a porous material that can collect bacteria, which could grow a life-threatening infection. Dr. Gunter also added that vaginal muscles aren’t meant to “continuously contract,” and using jade eggs for “your man” isn’t considered empowerment for women. In January, Goop posted a response to Dr. Gunter from Aviva Romm, M.D., a children’s physician, and Dr. Gundry, director of the International Heart & Lung Institute, who were both in agreement that jade eggs are safe. On Thursday, Paltrow tweeted a link to Goop’s response to the Washington Post, adding, “when they go low we go high,” a quote from Michelle Obama’s 2016 DNC speech referencing Trump supporters. Dr. Gunter posted a lengthy response on her blog that you can read here. Paltrow has not posted a response on Goop.com or her social media feeds.

Beyonce's Dress Designer in Twins' Photo Revealed

Beyonce posted a photo of twins Sir and Rumi Carter on Thursday night, surprising fans around the world. In celebration of the twins' 1-month birthday, Vogue reported Beyonce wore a dress ordered from menswear designer Palomo Spain. The designer explained the vintage silk organza fabric from the 1950s-1960s was made into a big coat dress, similar to the cut of a “big fur coat—sleeved and open.” Last night, the mother of three stepped out to Vic Mensa's listening party wearing an Ellery "Mona Lisa" blouse, $520, Zimmermann corset skirt, $595, Brother Vellies mini island bag, $825, and Giuseppe Zanotti "Amelia" sandals in blush velvet, $795.
