The custom-made outfit, designed by Rubin Singer, was reportedly held for lacking proper paperwork.

One of Beyonce's custom-made costumes for The Mrs. Carter Show world tour was reportedly held at European customs Tuesday. That outfit was the cobra-skin jumpsuit made by New-York based fashion designer Rubin Singer (he's worked on costumes for Shakira and Alicia Keys, too).

The snakeskin, one-legged jumpsuit, which was being shipped from New York, didn't include the correct paperwork, according to the New York Post. However, Queen B's team of stylists provided the right papers and received the costume -- just in time for her show in Lisbon. Beyonce ends her world tour on March 27.
