Billboard Music Awards: Britney Spears Performs Medley of Hits

The show is airing live on ABC from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Britney Spears performed a show-stopping medley of her hits at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards.

Wearing red bejeweled lingerie with knee-high boots, the singer danced her way through numbers for "Work Bitch," "Womanizer," "I Love Rock 'N' Roll," "I'm A Slave 4 U" and "Toxic."

Spears took home this year's Millennium Award, which recognizes outstanding career achievements and influence in the music industry.

The prestigious honor also has been awarded to Beyonce and Whitney Houston, and marks the pop princess' seventh Billboard Music Award.

On the magenta carpet, the pop star wore a similar outfit: The super-short embellished lace Reem Acra dress had a sheer bodice that showed off her black bra and thong.

Ciara and Ludacris are hosting the awards show, which also features performances by Demi Lovato, Celine Dion and Madonna, who will be performing a Prince tribute.
