Black and Blue Films Gearing up for 'Strippers vs Werewolves' (Berlin)

The production banner is also preparing 'Elfie Hopkins and The Gammons,' with Ray Winstone, Jamie Winstone and Kimberley Nixon.

BERLIN -- U.K.-based genre production banner Black and Blue Films is gearing up for Jonathan Glendening's Strippers vs Werewolves, counting Czech actress Barbara Nedeljakova (Hostel and Hostel II) and British actress Adele Silva among its cast.

The movie, expected to dance and howl onto film in April this year, is billed as a kick-ass revenge action comedy about a turf war that breaks out after a strip-club murder.

The production banner is also gearing up for Elfie Hopkins and The Gammons, a thriller starring Ray Winstone, Jamie Winstone and Kimberley Nixon.

Directed by Ryan Andrews, Jamie Winstone takes the title role as a small town detective who gets more than she bargains for when a family of cannibals moves in across the road.

Both pre-sale scripts are being hawked here by British sales company Kaleidoscope Film Distribution.

Producer of both projects Jonathan Sothcott described the brace of projects as "high-concept genre films."

Kaleidoscope's EFM lineup includes Michael Flatley: Lord of the Dance 3D and British gangster flick Forget Me Not.
