Is Blake Lively Actually Cinderella?

We investigate.

Blake Lively — actress, mother and onetime seller of the $800 diaper bag — already meets many of the requirements needed to be a certified Disney princess.

Not only does the magical starlet manage to look #flawless at all times (even when she's trying not to), but her red-carpet wardrobe looks as though it was plucked straight from a fairy tale. Plus, the 28-year-old has the pleasure of calling Prince Charming (aka Ryan Reynolds) her husband.

But it wasn't until Lively stepped out for the premiere of Slack Bay at the Cannes Film Festival on Friday that we noticed similarities too strong to ignore. The Cafe Society star arrived in full Cinderella attire, donning a full-skirted, embellished Vivienne Westwood Couture gown, an Oscar de la Renta clutch and her blond locks swept on top of her head behind a matching pale blue headband.

One photo in particular had us doing triple takes. Behold, real-life Cinderella imitating the very same moment the animated Disney princess lost her glass slipper on the steps of the Palais. (Her haste, we imagine, was the result of her carriage turning rapidly back into a pumpkin, no thanks to her fairy godmother.)

Let the conspiracy theories begin.
