Boyfriend Charged in Death of Former SundanceTV Reality Star

Prosecutors are recommending a bail of more than $1 million.

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. (AP) — A California man has been charged in the stabbing death of his girlfriend, whose life as a lawyer was depicted on a short-lived reality television show.

Fifty-one-year-old Robert Reagan of Redondo Beach was charged with murder Friday in the death of 47-year-old Loredana Nesci.

Nesci was found dead in her home Wednesday, and police arrested Reagan the same day.

Nesci appeared on a six-episode run of a reality show last year on SundanceTV called Loredena, Esq.

Her website says she was briefly a police officer before going to law school and starting a practice in 2004.

It's unclear whether Reagan has retained an attorney. His arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 20. Prosecutors are recommending a bail of more than $1 million.
