The ceremony took place Wednesday at the O2 Arena in London.

Ed Sheeran took the stage to perform his singles "Castle on the Hill" and "Shape of You" on Wednesday at the 2017 Brit Awards, which were held at the 02 Arena in London. The annual ceremony was hosted by British TV personalities Dermot O'Leary and Emma Willis.

Sheeran played his acoustic guitar alone before being joined onstage by Stormzy, who rapped a guest verse during "Shape of You." Sheeran later announced on Twitter that the collaboration will be released as a remix on Friday.

Sheeran last performed "Shape of You," which was his first Billboard 100 chart-topper, at the Grammys earlier this month.

Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Little Mix, Skepta, Coldplay, The Chainsmokers and Robbie Williams also performed during Wednesday's awards ceremony, with Coldplay performing during a special tribute to George Michael.
